The first day of school at HSFI was all about building connections, learning, and having fun! Students followed a special schedule designed to foster community and ensure a smooth start to the new academic year. Here's a look at the day's highlights:
The day began with students following a unique schedule based on their grade level. Each group participated in team-building activities led by HSFI staff, helping to strengthen bonds and set the tone for a collaborative school year. Each student designed a personalized name tag to show off their unique style.

In addition to these activities, students were updated on any policy changes to promote transparency between staff and students. These updates ensured everyone is on the same page as the year kicks off.

The day concluded with an ice cream social on the 5th-floor veranda, where students played games, learned about the RAPP and Teen Choice programs, learned about our library, and mingled with classmates. There were plenty of fun moments, including photo ops at the backdrop station!
