We are beyond grateful for the unwavering dedication of Ms. Tavia Jackson, Division Director of CAPP School Services commonly known as The Teen Choice program. Since joining our amazing community in 2019, Ms. Jackson has been a cornerstone of support, empowering both the youth and families she serves.
Ms. Jackson and her team are driven by a shared mission: to strengthen families, build community partnerships, and provide resources that promote equity, basic needs, and human rights. Through this work, they are transforming lives, guiding young people through their transition from adolescence to adulthood, and fostering a brighter future for all.
Her passion for supporting the well-being of children, teens, and families is nothing short of inspiring. Each day, Ms. Jackson is motivated by the curiosity, drive, and resilience of HSFI young people she works with, and their commitment to personal growth and collective well-being fuels her own determination.
